Theory Programs

The feature elements included in the crane training school comprises information about inspection, power-line safety, regulations, and site hazards involved in crane operation. People training would get knowledge of hardware applications, load charts and rigging. Direct feedback and quizzes throughout the course will assist individuals training solidify their understanding.

The theory topics include: Safety fundamentals for crane operators; introduction to crane certification process; crane operation knowledge; rigging knowledge; load chart knowledge; crane rigging charts; communications knowledge; crane set-up & pre-trip inspections, and crane service and maintenance.

Practical Programs

The crane training school comprises practical training involving hands-on learning. This part teaches trainees how to identify crane terminology and components. Trainees will have the opportunity to practice skills considered necessary for crane signaling, operating and signaling.

The topics included in the practical portion comprises: Identify crane components and functions; Learn crane terms; identify wire ropes and rigging; utilize remote control; pre-use check on crane; identify regulations and documents for wire rope and rigging; utilize radio and hand signals; perform correct lowering and lifting of loads and perform rigging techniques.
